The packaging for Adol is made using green paper, which adds an eco-friendly aspect to the design. Additionally, Pantone specifically tailored two colors for Adol: PANTONE Pearl Blush and PANTONE Adol Gold, further enhancing its visual appeal.
Special attention is given to the details in the application of the brand image, as Adol targets high-end and international markets. The use of bronzing lines adds a touch of luxury to the packaging. Special papers and bronzing techniques are employed to make the packages more distinguished in both structure and appearance, conveying a feeling of high-end and luxury.
Adol was launched in Shanghai in October 2016 and completed in July 2017. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted to ensure a close association with customers' feelings. The challenge was to create a brand image that stood out from commonly used angel motifs, making Adol unique and identifiable.
Adol's graphic logo, featuring an angel driving a gift cart, perfectly matches the brand's target market. The sweet angel, along with the slogan "best wishes from the world," makes Adol cakes a popular gift for families and friends on special occasions.
This design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2019. The Iron A' Design Award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. Adol's packaging design integrates industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, contributing to a better world.
